I don’t work on projects…
I have heard this statement from dozens (hundreds?) of people! Many, many people tell me that they “don’t work on projects.” Yet, I am here to tell you that…I bet you do! You just don’t know it.
What are Your Expectations?
It’s all about expectations! As Project Managers, we want to get a jump start on what those expectations may be from the Project Sponsor or the client. Consider asking the question in advance to help prepare the team for a successful, and expected, deliverable.
