Planning Your Project - Change Control

As we continue with the podcast series focusing on planning your project, this podcast focuses on the Change Control Process. Having a change control process in place can help to manage and organize any requested, or required, changes associated with your project. Similar to other planning efforts, a review of the change control process early in the project lifecycle will be beneficial to both project team members and stakeholders. Keep in mind that your company may already have a change control process but if they don’t, you can create one for your project. You can use this process for your future projects as well. Listen in!
